Master's Degree or Additional Certifications Ideas

Hello! I've got a bachelor's degree in architecture and 10+ years of experience doing mostly project management in construction, all in Sg. To be honest, architecture is not a passion, somehow ended up in archi and been regretting it ever since.

Recently wanted to get more serious about my career path and briefly considered getting registered. However, found out I'm not eligible as I don't meet min 5 years spent on campus requirement. While disappointed at first, I realize this is actually a great news.

As I said, I'm not passionate about architecture or being an architect. If I were eligible I'd feel pressured to go down the registration path as it's the natural progression but doubt it could make me feel fulfilled. I don't die die must design etc, I don't get hung up on titles, I couldn't care less if people call me architect or not. My motivation for considering registration was to maximize my earning potential.

I realize my bachelor's degree from 11 years ago is looking rather pathetic right now and I want to add more qualifications to my resume to boost my profile. Any idea on a lucrative field(s) I can pivot into / with my background?

My main gripe with my situation right now is that it is rather general and all over the place. I'm thinking of something more specialized such as landscape arch, or lighting, or green mark manager, or anything, really, as opposed to do-everything middle management that I'm doing right now.

I'm looking at some specialist diplomas by BCA at the moment, main draw is that I can take them while holding a day job.

Any insights will be very appreciated, thanks.
