Piermont Grand EC at Sumang Walk

The much anticipated Piermont Grand EC, the one at Sumang Walk, is going to launch soon. This is the one and only executive condominium, that will be launching this year 2019.

Furthermore, the Piermont Grand executive condo is being developed by City Developments (CDL). Who happens to be a brand name developer, that even private condominium buyers regard quite favourably. The likes of CDL do not often undertake executive condominium development, so when they do, buyers generally take note.

In the case of Piermont Grand, it is safe to say that CDL has "grand" plans for it. For a start, this project has the advantage of a direct waterway frontage, onto Punggol Waterway itself. While the waterway is actually little more than a glorified canal actually, Piermont Grand does have pocket water views for some of its units, to the Punggol Reservoir, that is just beyond the precinct across Sumang Walk.

In addition this Piermont Grand Sumang Walk EC is within walking distance from Punggol MRT station, sort of. If you don't mind taking an 11 or 12 minute walk home. Part of that passes through the malls of Waterway Point, so it doesn't get too tedious or boring.

And the other much touted advantage of course, is that the Piermont Grand EC sits on the fringe of the Punggol Digital District, that is envisaged as the "Silicon Valley" of Singapore. Hopefully anyway.
