If u above average performer, the company is unlikely to sack you due to ICT. Give your past appriasal records, and lodge a complaint with mom.
Cannot be just ICT alone.. I don't believe.

National Service and work issues

Any Singaporean males feel like their employer let them go due their NS reservist obligations?
