My tip, get your mentor /older people to interview and do a mock up. Then let listen to their feedback. Dont get family members. They tend to be a more emotional. Get someone close enough that you can respect whom has clear experience in hiring people. |

Unregistered | Research on the company and the position. During interview, give answers that will please their years. Look enthusiastic and ask intelligent questions. Learn to lie with a straight face. Total honesty doesn't pay. |
