MSOforlife Hi peeps....

I'd like to share my woes as i feel I am grossly underpaid.
My current pay is $3870 and I am MSO4 (Div 1). Every Year my increment never hits 100. In % terms, its always less than 3%. My PB never hits 1 month. Highest is 0.85.

Worked in a Stat Board for about 14 years already. Qualification is Bachelor degree which is not recognized. Promoted twice, and the recent one was 2 years ago.

Pls advise me what should I do. I can't leave as I have other considerations like children, locations, etc.

Unregistered yea i agree B grader will receive 1.5 and C grader will receive 0.85
generally I think MI are almost the same for both grades, heard from colleagues HR has some very complicated formula to calculate increment and unless you don't have like C- or D then your MI should be the same.. around 5%

if ur willing to wait, i can check out after my annual increment in jul / aug to see if there's rly a difference between B and C grade.

but as far as i know, the PB grading in march ONLY affects the amount of bonus u receive in march, not your annual increment.

B = 1.5 multiplier, C = 0.85 multiplier

gotten C for past 4 years. and B for march 2014. currently working in TSO (Technical Support Officer) scheme under Ministry of Home Affairs here.

TSO and MSO scheme almost the same, both are for dip holders.
