Cathrine Jacobi | The advice on the designer job offer was incredibly insightful and practical. I found the tips on negotiating salary and benefits particularly helpful. Before making any decisions, I decided to visit the https://linkr.bio/NJMCDIrect_Com website to gather more information about their work culture and previous projects. Upon reaching their website, I was pleasantly surprised to find a section where employees could share their experiences. I took the opportunity to read review from current and former employees, which gave me a better understanding of what it's like to work there. Overall, the advice provided, coupled with the opportunity to explore the company website and read reviews, has truly empowered me in making a well-informed decision about the job offer. | |

I am unsure about the current design poly grad pay. But for 28% (Close to 30%) increment for the job for a poly diploma, i feel it's the quite good increase at current market. (I know some Design Degree grad getting less ) Maybe you need to calculate everything include bonus and other benefits to get the good comparison. Sometimes it's not only about the pay. You may want to double check on job scope and find out more about the working culture, does it suit you? Just my 2 cents. |

Advice on designer job offer Hi all, I'm 23 this year, graduated from a Poly design course. Since then I've been working. My first job paid $2100(AWS,medical, expenses benefits). Currently on my second design job at a startup which pays the same, but without any benefits, took it as I only work 4 days and I do my Specialist Diploma on Friday. Have been offered a designer position in a MNC, with a base pay of $2700. Not sure if this is considered average pay or underpaid.. What do you all think? |
