Help: Looking to speak to 3 professional women for a research project

Hi, I'm working on a project and I am looking to interview 3 working women who are trying to change or transition their careers. Anyone around here who might be a fit and willing to chat with me for 20 mins? I promise to keep it short and sweet. I want to talk to real women about their experiences, struggles, and the wisdom they have in this area. If anyone is ready, it would be a great help for my project. Please let me know on this post and I will reach out to you. Thank you!

zero_88 38 years old is not young, it is okay to change job, like to change to other division or join other spf organisation

but if u want to change field completely, like accountancy,

u will face a lot of pay cut, and with your age, it is hard to compete with young graduate

Unregistered depending on what u did in spf.... do u know how to investigate money flows? if so, join the banks or accountants to do forensics. if u are familiar with security, then join the security dept of property developers or govt. if u do fieldwork, try private investigators.
just some auggestions...

I am 38 years old. Have been working as a police officer for 16 years. I am one of those in spf that is not so lucky in progression. My current salary scale has reached to its max point and I have been losing the annual increment for the past 4 years.
I have seriously lose interest in my job and wanting to move on for a career change to a new industry and learn new things. I have always wanted to do something that is more meaningful, etc technical job where the experience can be widely used instead of my current job where the experience bounded only to security line.

I am tired of doing security related jobs and wish that I could leave this industry. I am only a Dip holder in IT engineering from a local polytechnic. The problem I am facing is that my highest education and job experience are not in line thus hard for me to apply for any technical jobs. Many technical jobs out there require an experience. I don't mind getting a paycut, I think its better now rather than its too late.

Appreciate if you guys could share your advice on what should I do to look for opportunities out there. Thanks in advance.
Is there anything that interest you?
Policing is actually one of the more meaningful jobs in Singapore. I have profound respect for the front line police officers.

Most likely at your age will be
1) starting out as an hawker (provided u love to cook)
2) insurance (less meaningful than police definitely, but can earn more if you are eloquent)
3) counsellor - social service kind or in school

Either way some risk involved.
