Problem with freehold

I think a problem with freehold projects is usually the rennovation. The previous owners usually devoted and commited to a ton of effort and money to make the existing structure fix or stick. So when we moved in an it wasn't the one the client or new owner wants, sometimes it is us, then it is a headache. I remember when I was working at (swiss Interior)[s://] and couldn't get a project to be completed because of structural integrity.
