my friend's wife working in ministry, in her late 30's she is one of the so call more impt personnel in the ministry holding middle management. Her ministry in order to prevent/reduce such personnel from quitting/leaving the ministry, give her $10000 to bond her for every 3 months to the ministry on top of the annual bonus/aws... mean get $10000 every quarter for 3 months bond Is this consider Hi-po |

what i heard from a fellow hi-po mate was, decent grades (I assume is B), and I heard he shone in some of the course that he took, and was thus identified for Hi-PO. Exact details not sure, but u gotta shine in the modules or courses you take and maybe highlight it to mgmt |
