All these job titles are frankly BS and worth nothing. No matter what fancy terms they call you, unless it's MAP or specialized jobs all these sales openings are entry level sales executive.

People like to debate whether retail banking, commercial banking, mortgage or SME loan specialist etc. is better, but it's one of those pointless discussion. Everyone will give you different answer depending on their own preference. Truth is if you are good in doing sales, you will likely do well in any of them. If you are not good then whichever path also end up fail.

The only question you need to ask the interviewer (if you get shortlisted) is how much and sell what. That's the honest truth about the industry for an entry level no exp. salesman starting out.

Branch Manager = in charge of the whole branch, including all the PBs and RMs in it and responsible for the whole branch's sales as a whole. Also ensuring the branch operates smoothly, looking after the bank tellers, day-to-day smooth operations of the branch, make sure ATM machines are topped up daily, end of day book closures.
