I guess you have no idea India Elementary Curriculum & Syllabus since 10 years back. MNCs value Indian more than other races these days due to their hunger and ruthless to climb the corporate ladder. They are also more willing to "bow" to management compare to Singaporeans. Indians's strong bond does not allow asian to penetrate into their community. MNCs has no choice but to groom, have Indians in charge of their India's office. |

What is the job nature? Some MNC paid by the Uni you have obtain the degree. Most important is there any room for advance within 3 years. Does your manager has intention of giving you that opportunity? If no, take $3.5k as a stepping stone for now. One of my ex employers - a Fortune 100, those been mass recruit during their biz blooming period still swimming in the same pot. Another group specially hired and airflown in from India and a very reputed world class Uni, was offered another set of high salary with career paths lay down for them. |

Depends on the company. I had a private degree and poor A level results. I joined an MNC with 1.8 years relevant experience. Gross at 4.4K excluding AWS and bonus. |
