Executive Engineers in MRO (Aerospace) Good day to all I am an engineer from air force transiting to the private MRO sector. The reason for my transition is for me to look at the outside world and explore to know how it compares. The purpose of starting this thread is for executive engineers to share experience on progression and job stability, as well as growth potential for the industry. I am at my 5 year mark with the air force and something that is up in my mind is stability outside. Appreciate if you can share on your years of experience, progression and if anyone faced retrenchment before. |
