Communicate with clients, client think this bank good, send high level executive to my small company. I mean same as army ma, last time nco is corporal, now easy easy get 3sg. Police also abolish rank of constable. Times have changed. Title inflation is inevitable. |

| Unregistered | Pay is typical civil service fresh grad lah, this sort of lower end stat board all degree grads by default will join as "manager", inflated title only. Their so call "senior manager" is just senior exec or associate in the private sector. | |

Manager < 3 yrs experience? Does anyone know what is the pay structure that I'll get? Has anyone been in this organisation before, were they the previous WDA (Singapore Workforce Development Agency)?
