When should I tender my resignation? I'm working in a stat board and I'm a contract staf for 6 months . coming end of March Im getting pro rata performance bonus. my pay day is 12th of every month. when do I tender to avoid paying back my bonus and salary. so they consider the date that I tender or the last day of my service after tendering? I do not wish to ask HR because they will spread the news of my decision. hope i can get advice on this.
