unless your next employer is willing to put up the cash for u to buy out your notice period in lieu (ie 1 month worth of salary)

alternatively is if your current SB / ministry side is willing to waive off the 1month notice period?

Sometimes, they can't find the right applicant.
Due to long time taken to make a job offer,
many potential applicants take up other jobs.

2 to 3 months from interview to job offer is rather long.

Unregistered years of experience without degree portion will be discounted therefore i suspect witha degree you are only counted for 4-5 year of experience

which is a AM/mgr kind of role
