I work in ITE before laaaa, Basic fresh generally starts from 3.2k without experiences, this is "special" entry like those from the ITE scholarship/internal transfer. Most lecturer will get 5k+ generally depends on their last drawn salary, *this doesnt make any sense actually. ITE lecturers are better paid then poly, those that are involved in "industrial consultation and projects" are seriously better paid, *salesman or lecturer? Nowadays the student in ITE are smart aleck bengs, so if you want to work there you must zen everything lol |
