Am from another team in the company and my team works closely with the marketing team. I have to comment as I do feel for the individuals that have been smeared and do not think it is fair to them. No team is perfect, and the folks named in this thread all have their strengths and weaknesses. But one thing is clear to me, they are not malicious or toxic like what this thread suggests. I have also been in the company long enough to notice this whole "dialogue" is written by one disgruntled and bitter ex-employee. This individual is their ex-growth marketing head, whose name has been conveniently left out in all the smear posts. To be fair, his departure was sudden and could have been handled better, but at the end of the day, his bitterness should not be a reason for this smear thread. He even wrote the whole company a bitter email after he left, which speaks volumes. So many of these comments are meant to hit below the belt and character assassinate, and it's really not cool at all. So, I really caution the people reading this thread to take these smear posts with a big handful of salt. Morrow is a startup and starting things from grounds up really takes time and lots of knocks and bumps to improve. It's not for everyone and that's ok, but one thing that i'm always heartened by is the grit and spirit of the team. So come for the interviews, ask your questions and make your own conclusions. I would suggest reaching out to actual employees working there right now via LinkedIn so you get a better sense of the company's vision and direction. An entire false dialogue smearing a whole team doesn't really provide you much insight into other functions too. |

So you see them overhiring, overspending and spending $1 million to get back $100k. Sooner or later the penny must drop. Of course they will then change jobs. |

Their morrow medical and gym concept is so bad. Their gym is far worse than many gyms in Singapore and yet they dare to charge such overpriced high prices for very limited classes, locations and facilities. Their medical tests are also similar to the ones you get anywhere else in other hospitals and clinics, except one or two items such as dexa scans, which u can also add on easily in many clinics. No wonder their business is so bad and their gym is so quiet like a cemetery. |

Ernie voon as cmo hired so many people at seemingly high salaries from the ads i saw yet they obviously can't even do the most basic things. Even marketing interns and executives laugh at this. Their stuff is constantly gibberish and illogical. Fluffy and laughable.

Saw Morrow health gym ads...their marketing collaterals is consistently of very poor quality Their ad lines have no breaks. What happened? Very triggering to writers like us. Also it mentions that "most people piece together their health from a dozen places". This is illogical as most people just go to 1 or 2 places and not a dozen for sure. Nobody i know goes to a dozen places. Seems like PPs are right, these guys are ****** who lacks basic reasoning and work abilities.
