Lol Doh. You don't know the interview form application need to submit expects starting pay : xxx The fresh grad put 6.5k, so the team lead. So he went interview, lunch time bitch to us that fresh grad now starting pay so high. That's how we know. Whether HR actually match that salary or not is different. Cause one year the applicant accepted the job but was offered lower pay bexuae of "higher" bonus promise. But turned out bonus is also low. So basically got cheated. That's why alot of ppl quit after 1 year get bonus. |
