Discussions have been made on this, once reviewed, we aim to reduce pay to 9 months and less... the idea is to reduce budget and cut trim the workforce more, convert as many to flexi and contract plans.

Surely out of the 4 week holiday in June they don’t spend more than 1 week doing the things u mentioned? And certainly not more than 20% of the time over the year end holidays is spent doing these things either. I see them traveling overseas instead and posting all over ig. Well, we all know their salary is a mere 4 figure a month for 95% of them at least. Only VP and P make 5 figures a month. Sad.

Why you cursing me? thought we’re brothers? since when we overpaid? we everyday suck thumb have to ferry teachers, lawyers and sometimes doctors but paid sh*t fares by grab. at best can only rent out hdb room. seriously that’s not enough. so thats why we phv drivers must have each other’s back, instead of cursing one another
