Unregistered | Totally agree! Was a monkey and switched to management. Almost died, still working on soft skills after 6 months.

Unregistered | Not necessarily true. Plenty of highly profitable Fortune 500 companies outsource IT to India. Conversely, plenty of shitty companies with shitty P&L build all kinds of over-engineered GraphQL-Kubernetes-GoLang-MicroServices-MongoDB **** and have FAANG-style algo interviews and are just burning through VC cash. If your core competency is non-IT there's no reason to keep tech in-house for the sake of it.

Soft skills are important lmfao Why the fk are we even talking about trash companies? if a company outsources coding to code monkeys overseas, it's a trash company. Do you want to work for trash companies? No? then work on your soft skills lol. |

Unregistered | If can choose 1 skill, sales skill or coding skill more impt for P&L?

Unregistered | Or that soft skills don't matter in tech. Last thing we need is another antisocial code-monkey.

stupid Lol this is so misguided I don't even know what to say. Are you saying hard skills outside of IT (I assume that's what you mean by tech) are useless? |
