Refer u to a banker to do a ipa See how much loan bank willing to loan you. 180k cpf is combined or just OA? Coz downpayment can only be paid via OA, and not ma or sa From there depending how much loan you can get, we then decide again Rmb pte property is 25% downpayment plus abt 3-4% and 3000 legal fees So if you buy a 1.3mil condo, need 364k in cash or cpf oa Nothing wrong with buying hdb or condo Condo price now at peak So does s&p Some all in stocks Some all in bitcoin Some all in property Up to you, do your own due dilligence |

Hi would like some advice regarding property investment. I have about 150k in savings, 180k in cpf, I earn about 180k/year. (I had a significant pay rise in last year, previously wasn't earning that much, hence didn't have much savings) However, I am turning 35 this year, single, and will be paying for property alone. I was wondering what sort of property should I get? (I was thinking resale ec vs hdb) if I buy condo, at best can afford a 2 room at 1.3-1.5mill, not sure if I should stretch myself so much instead of just getting a bigger hdb at 500-600k (which I can easily afford) |
