Good luck fresh grad.

And the job role la.
Ask yourself if you are offered a cleaner job.
One is clean toilet, have to work Saturday but higher pay.
The other is clean office, no need Saturday but lower pay.
You decide.
Cause the cleaning toilet one won't last.
The clean office one won't get anywhere.
Depends on your situation.

My suggestion is, join each company to learn for 2 to 3 years. Then recycle around them.
I have seen colleagues who quit to go outside then they come back few years later.
Basically the idea is to get paid and gain experience.
Tech changes all the time, staying in one company does no good.
Plus a candidate with 3 to 5 years in numerous tech company is more valuable.
Than one with 10 years in 1 same company and no progression.
And be prepared to deal with lots of impostor
Alot of impostors in tech. My division have a software team but most of them are just "managers", my boss ask why our software team outsource software work to outside company?
Its funny cause even the infra team outsource the work to outside contractor.
Its like nobody in ST knows how to do any work other than sign paper. Raise dorm
Prepare document. All paper work pusher only.
And you wonder why they can get promoted.
