Back to Midwood, the price is from $1531psf now. Midwood is the nearest condo among the four, only 4 min walk to Hillview MRT. Downtown Line has a direct ride to CBD, Marina Bay Sands, Bugis, Newton interchange to Orchard (only one station).

It is also next to HillV2 mall where there is F&B and Supermarket.

Midwood will also have the "First Mover Advantage" in Hillview estate as there will be another 5 GLS (government land sale) plots of land to be sold in the future. Singapore land will be more expensive. Thus, the price for future developments will also be higher.

Currently, three new projects which are under construction now in Bukit Panjang:
(1) Dairy Farm Residences, Average PSF $1575psf
(2) Phoenix Residences, Average PSF $1513psf
(3) Bukit 828, Average PSF $1633psf

(1) If you like mixed-use development with probably a supermarket and F&B, you can consider Dairy Farm. However, if you are not driving, this is a bit far from MRT.

(2) Phoenix Residences, short walk to existing 3 shopping malls in Bukit Panjang. Very serene environment.

(3) Boutique development along Upper Bukit Timah Road, walking distance to LRT/MRT and shopping mall.

It depends on your likings/requirements. Based on the pricing, Phoenix Residences is the most affordable in terms of PSF. Dairy Farm Residences has more facilities and probably more convenience in terms of dine-out and daily grocery. Lastly, Bukit 828 with a limited facility but close to shopping malls and LRT/MRT.
