IT Support Service Engineer
 
Our client is a multinational enterprise information technology company. They are looking for experienced IT Support Service Engineer to join their team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

The IT Support Service Engineer will provide remote and on-site support (Level 1 and 2), handle technical inquiries and provide technical support on Desktop, Server and Networking issues.

Main duties include:
• Troubleshoot and support issues related to domain, desktop, server, and network.
• Collaborate with Global Helpdesk to provide desk-side support
• Setup of desktop and laptop
• Manage ad hoc upgrade for backup devices/server/network devices/desk-side applications
• Provide support to email applications, remote access, intranet/internet, and collaborative tools
• Provide telephony infrastructure support
• Co-ordinate the raising and monitoring of calls to 3rd Party Vendors for onsite repairs & maintenance of equipment/services
• Manage the asset disposal for infrastructure equipment
• Daily support for computer room to verify server health, backup operation, temperature & humidity check, housekeeping and power shutdown and etc.
• Co-ordinate upgrades, power shutdown, and manage IT service shutdown and start-up

Job Requirements:

• Any IT certification, or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of technical hands-on experience in providing support on Desktop, Server and Networking issues
• Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills
