The Wisteria Condo and Mall @ Yishun
 

The Wisteria Yishun is a new Mixed development in Yishun Avenue 4, District 27. The proposed project will consist of 216 residential units and 2 levels of retail shops in a mixture of 60% residential and 40% of retail ratio. The Wisteria Condo has 3 towers of 9 storeys housing 72 residential units each.

The Wisteria Singapore Mall and Condominium is located next to the new BTO projects Vine Grove and right opposite to Palm Breeze @ Yishun. The piece of land is open for tender by Housing Board Development(HDB) during early 2015 as a mix-used commercial/residential site which attracted 5 bidders. Two units of construction engineering group BBR holdings, Northern Resi and Northern Retail won the bid by a slight margin at $185.09 million translating to a price of approximately $629 per square foot per plot ratio(psf ppr). Winning over the second highest bid of $181.60 million by Changi Properties and KBD Ventures, both units of Koh Brothers, The Wisteria psf for the residential units are expected to be at $1050 to $1150 depending on the market conditions during the launch.
