1) Stay hydrated with up to 8 glasses of water per day
2) Sleep 7hr – 8hr today to be performing optimally tomorrow
3) It is better to take frequent small meals rather than 3 big meals as a heavy stomach deprived the brain of blood.
4) Do a little exercise – like stretching – to keep your mind and body fresh.
5) Do regular breathing exercise to relax yourself so that you can perform optimally.
