MUSIC TEACHERS
Job Description:
Conduct one-to-one music lessons and/or group music lessons with children and adults
Motivate students to develop higher interest in learning/performing music
Cultivate positive musical habits for your students
Preparing students for music examinations, recitals, performances and competitions
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
A Music Degree/Diploma or higher in related field or instrument
At least 1 year of teaching experience
Ability to teach and inspire students of all ages from 3 years and older
Have a self-driven, positive, cheerful and patient attitude
Possessing excellent soft skills
Passionate about music and teaching
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Must be able to work 44 hours a week, including weekends; Saturdays and Sundays

SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES
Job description:
Management of lesson schedules with parents and teachers
Collection and issuing of invoices from parents
Client-facing role; interaction with existing customers, as well as prospective clients
Support the day-to-day operations of the centre
Providing reports daily to the upper management team
Coordination of activities between teachers, parents and students. Including managing and delegating tasks to other employees
Keeping the centres clean and tidy on a daily basis
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Preferably a Bachelors Degree in any field of study.
Having musical background is a plus
At least 1 2 years of experience in a customer service field
At least 1 2 years of experience in a management position
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus, to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Scheduling Software, Invoicing Hardware, Phone and Email correspondence. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
