The Wilshire Residences is a new condominium launch in the Holland / Bukit Timah residential enclave, coming up for sale soon. It is being built on the site of the former Wilshire. Nice name, so it's no wonder that the developer is keeping it, with just a slight variation.

This project is sited in District 10 along Farrer Road close to its junction with Holland Road, less than 10 minutes drive from Orchard Road. Here are some facts about the Wilshire Residences.
