Florence Residences Kovan MRT
Florence Residences will be the face-lifted Florence Regency HUDC that was successfully en bloc in the third quarter of 2017.
The new Florence Road condo offers a magnificent 270 degrees unblocked views, overlooking the landed homes around it. Florence Residences condo is designed around the concept of a club condominium where lifestyles are brought to a next level. Though club concept condos are not uncommon nowadays in Singapore, this is definitely one of the first, if not the first in a sub urban area.
The 389,236 sq ft site has a plot ratio of 2.8 and that means Florence Residences price at break even will work out to $842 per square feet per plot ratio(psf ppr). This is inclusive of the top up lease premium of $288.6 million to a fresh 99 years. Compared to the recent successful collective sale of another HUDC Serangoon Ville, now Affinity at Serangoon, Florence Residences is slightly cheaper.
The Florence Residences Showflat is not ready for viewing yet. It might or might not be on the actual site.
