The Florence Residences is located within a mature estate in Hougang, with the amenities that come with it. In terms of nearby schools, there are several within an easy ten minute walk, such as Xinmin Primary and Secondary, Holy Innocents’ Primary, Montfort Junior, Montfort Secondary and Yuying Secondary. Hougang Mall, and Kovan Heartland Mall and wet market are also conveniently located in relation to the development.

Mega shopping mall such as Compass One, Punggol Waterway Point and Nex Shopping Centre which are all linked directly to the MRT station in the North East Line are only just few stations away. The protracted collected sale of the former Florence Regency finally came to an end in October 2017, the development was sold to Hong Kong listed Logan Property. Florence Regency*was the twelfth former HDUC estate to be sold en-bloc since 2015.
