It is slightly lower than for 8 St Thomas a couple of doors away, but bearing in mind that 8 St Thomas is a bigger project. Anyway, indicative pricing for the units at RV Altitude starts from $1.31M upwards, which is lower than the $1.4xM upwards range for 8 St Thomas. The units at RV Altitude are all 2 bedders.
