Hi all private property / Condo home owners who are looking to sell their Condos in the East side, I am looking to buy an apartment or Condo in the East, preferably in Siglap, Simei, Tampines or Pasir Ris.

I am a HDB 5 room upgrader and I am selling my house in the next month or two and as such I am looking to upgrade from a HDB 5 room to a private property.

I have been staying in the East and I want to remain in Eastern part of Singapore.
