ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (Industry: Marine) 2X
 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in partial sets of accounts – AP/GL
• Checking on invoicing and making payments
• Preparing cheque payments
• Handle petty cash claiming and payment
• Assist in monthly cash projection
• Process and update accounting system
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.
• Preferred for Chinese female candidates only

Requirements:

• GCE O’ levels or LCCI Intermediate book-keeping
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Team player
• Good working attitude
• Ability to work within tight timelines

Location: West
Budget: $1.5-$2.5K
