Need suggestion to invest overseas property
 

There seems to be a lot of growing interest in investing into cambodia property since last year. A lot of retail investors and developers from Singapore are going in to invest.
I read from the article cambodia property market started to open its gate for foreigner to acquire property from 2010.
GDP is growing strongly.

Anyone here has invested there? can give some feedback? Thanks
