Hoi Hup and Sunway Group will launch new EC at Tampines Ave 10 in H2 2020
 

The new Executive Condominium (EC) is located at Tampines Ave 10. Tampines Ave 10 EC is the last piece of land located in the Tampines condo belt along with other condos such as Alps, The Tapestry, The Santorini, Q Bay, and Waterview.
The new EC sits an area of 268,384 square foot (24,933.7 square meter) land parcel and has a plot ratio of 2.8. With the top bid of S$434.45 million, it works out to S$578 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). According to the Housing and Development Board (HDB), it can yield a maximum of 695 units.
