One Meyer VS Coastline Residences
Of all the recent small freehold launches in the East Coast, it looks like One Meyer has recorded the best sales. It cleared over 10 units at its launch, possibly more now. However Coastline Residences, which happens to be by the same developer Sustained Land and shares the same showflat, is not far behind.
Now, with the launch of Amber Park this week, it remains to be seen whether One Meyer and Coastline Residences can hold its own. Especially since it looks like CDL is taking a low pricing stance for Amber Park, with starting indicative prices similar to those for One Meyer.
