FSKH Development will be launching the Antares project soon. FSKH is a joint venture between Keong Hong Holdings, TA Corporation, and Hock Lian Seng Holdings.

While the name may not ring a bell with most people, the individual partners behind the collaboration do have many decades of experience in property development and construction under their belt.

In this case, the development they are building, the Antares condo, is a new mid-size high rise condominium right beside Mattar MRT station. It will offer about 250 apartments for sale, and work is underway on the construction of the Antares showflat currently.

Response is expected to be reasonably good, given how near to an MRT station this is, and also because of a scarcity of new launches around this location. Also because there are limited new residential land available near Mattar MRT station, and this place is close to the growing Paya Lebar commercial cluster as well.

The project site itself is a nice quiet neighbourhood, but over the canal, you can walk across to some neighbourhood shops and a market in the Circuit Road area. This is a very established residential estate indeed, and also within a short distance from Cedar Girls' Primary and Secondary schools.

The Antares should benefit too from being a city fringe location, close to the Paya Lebar master plan growth area.
