How about you start the ball rolling on the boldfaced part.
I think its pretty obvious that I accumulated my networth through savings. I mentioned 370k ( cpf, savings, cash). Savings and cash are the same, guess I was not thinking right when I post.

I am surprise that somebody would be interested to know how to accumulate 370k in 10 years. I believe any middle income who can save part of their income regularly can accumulate that amount in 10 years. But thanks for asking.

Care to share what made you take the step toward entrepreneurship? Did you start with an idea or take over an existing business?

Thanks for sharing.

My occupation is nothing impressive. Just middle management in IT line. Salary is also about average in that line.

What matters most, as others pointed out here is the courage to risk some of your money and let it work for you. Not a new principle just need to act on it. Many are also asking for the magic formula or investment. I don't think there's one that works for everyone. You'll just have to try and figure out for yourself

If you're the one who's now 37y.o. earning 320k in your 5th job, I would say that kind of pay is NOT "about average" as you said.

Your job may not be "impressive", but your pay certainly is. Cheers!
