30M single living with parents.
Did not save well in 20s, gambling, drinking, clubbing.
At 28, realised I need to get my **** together with 3 digit bank balance.
Started to save at least 50% of income every month. $2200net/mth.
Splurged alittle on bonus on things I want.
After 3 years, fully paid off the remaining study loans and other various loans with whatever I have in bank around $40k.
Debt Free now, and need to start saving again.
