As for me, I don't like debt. Therefore, I never take large loans. It turns out that your whole life is on credit and then you can't wait to retire. I feel very sorry for people who have large debts on loans. My friend was left without all the property, because of debts. Now all he has is a small room in a rented apartment that he can afford to pay for. So I try to moderate my appetites and live within my means. For small loans, I use this company ( https://credit-10.com/no/centum-logg-inn/) to go on vacation or to buy new gadgets. This is my maximum. And I am very afraid of losing my home, so I do not take a loan for a Villa for myself. I'm happy with the little house I have.

My age / income and net worth band are rather close to yours, also aiming for 10k passive income. I am generating about 7-8k per mth from corporate bonds coupon, property rental mostly. Just thinking that you should be able close in on the 10k/ mth target.

Well done!
Congratulations!!
For your last lap of work, what would be your expected passive income? Where would it comes from? Rental and Stocks? How much estimated to be able to retire?
Somehow have the similar networth and age, though planning to call it off, however passive income is not sufficient. Current achieving $26K/yr. SRS, CPF, Insurance are maxed up but unable to touch till 65.
Aiming to have $8K/mth to support the whole family of four with primary and polytechnic schoolgoing children.
Thanks
