The property market is at a high, how long you think before it catches up with the stock market?

The bears are the ones with 'head in the sand'. If it were so easy to predict the property market from the stock market, there would be Warren Buffetts all over the streets.
Look at the following chart dated around March 2008 when the STI was around 3007.36 points. If you had bought shares at the point of this chart, you would lose 12% of your investment today (STI close 2646.35).
On the other hand, someone who had invested in properties when the URA Property Price Index was around 160 in March 2008 would have made 28% gains with today's index at 205.
