Just read that there will be a Seletar MRT line by 2040 near my landed, so my landed valuation should go furthur up. Now highest is S$2500psf 1 mth after I bought mine for S$1700psf. Huat ah! To the moon! I think networth can reach S$10mil if we keep our Sg freehold landed terrace house, our golden goose.

Inheritance lol. So what? You can inherit but can you grow it further on your own? Highly doubt so with your middle income salary.
I rather be someone who grow up in a HDB heartlander but earn wealth through being a surgeon rather than someone who just inherit but can’t grow the wealth!
