Given you are in FO I think you could have done better.

You have to sell off all you have to get own place.

How do you have that much in cpf but underwhelming amounts in other assets?

Never really had a concrete savings plan until one year ago when pandemic hit. Thinking of how to play catch up now.

Lesson learnt is not just about how much you earn. Even getting a decent own place is tough; it will certainly wipe out everything you have.
