38M Single, diploma holder no degree
CPF - 200K Cash - 160K Bond - 30K Stocks - 350K Annual Salary - 140K Am currently living in my studio apartment condo with about 500k loans to go. Lucked out on a 10k stock investment 8 years ago that gave me major profit so I am still holding it. The rest are pretty basic and I acknowledged that although I am not a high earner, I am pretty lucky for a slacker with only a diploma and not really doing anything extraordinary or particular hardworking in my career. |
