Currently working plus doing part time PG, getting married next year

Cash - 20K
Investment - 22K
Car - worth 80K
Currently still servicing a car loan - (32K)
CPF OA - 60K
CPF SA - 24K
CPFIS - 6K
BTO DP - 13K

Low cash and liquid assets due to paying for my PG, car and marriage stuff

Whats PG? Car is liability.
Unless ur work needed that..
But your assets seems fine for getting BTO.

PG is post-grad. I'm doing my masters right now.
My car is a need due to my work location which is not accessible my public transport. Will likely be selling it if I were to change job in the future.
