Whats PG? Car is liability.
Unless ur work needed that..
But your assets seems fine for getting BTO.

How rich will you be when you get COVID-19? Can't take your money with you if you die from it.

PG is post-grad. I'm doing my masters right now.
My car is a need due to my work location which is not accessible my public transport. Will likely be selling it if I were to change job in the future.
