1. You’re so young, it’s much easier for you to find a job even if you get retrenched (chances of you getting retrenched are, again, low since you’re young)

2. You have a higher risk appetite and a longer investment time horizon. Investing max of 30% in equities is stupid. No one is asking you to buy penny/spec stocks. Even if you invest in S&P, the historic 10, 20,30 year returns are high enough (you can ride out market corrections/shocks even if you’re lazy to do active management)

he will still loose his money because due to lack of financial knowledge, he will panic sell at the first sign of bear market

You might as well say buy crypto and become millionaire in 3-6 month....

Problem with the "go big or go home" mindset like you will eventually lose it all. We only hear about the sucess stories but ignore the countless others who lost a **** tonne of money.

Our lifestyle quite simple and rarely dine out. So long can earn 3 K combined actually enough to survive.

Willing to let go higher salary to go for easy lifestyle and more carefree.
Great 👍👍
But I will suggest to do save up more and do more research before u step out and try.
As 62k is not alot. Do calculate ur month expenses also.

Whats PG? Car is liability.
Unless ur work needed that..
But your assets seems fine for getting BTO. :)

How rich will you be when you get COVID-19? Can't take your money with you if you die from it.

PG is post-grad. I'm doing my masters right now.
My car is a need due to my work location which is not accessible my public transport. Will likely be selling it if I were to change job in the future.
