Get lucky to be rich
A small company hired a part-time masseuse in 1999.
The job made her a multimillionaire just 5 years later. This is a true story (see NYT article).
That company was Google. And that masseuse was Bonnie Brown. She exercised all her Google stock options in 2004, getting millions of (US) dollars in return.
I just saw on CNBC that Google's first chef is also a wealthy man now.
These two people are further examples of how luck plays a part in making you rich (a big part perhaps?).
In fact, Bonnie wrote a book called Giigle Book: How I Got Lucky Massaging Google. I can summarise it for you in 3 words:
