Hi Guys,

32 years old, married 1 kid and 1 on the way (My investments in Singapore include)

2 Apartments both rented out
2 Industrial properties both rented out

Also vested in Stocks and Gold, currently stocks are way in the red, looking to liquidate them and focus more on property.

Won't mind sharing/learning some tips of investment & property management/investment from those around.

And if you must ask yes it was the help of Old money, not the whole lot but enough to kick start my foray into the property market. UOB and other banks helped with the rest.

can you share your experience with Industrial Properties? any pitfalls to look out for?

i invested in landed property around 4 years ago, and currently sitting on around 30% gains. won't be selling it anytime soon as i believe it's a superb long-term investment (>10 years) that will always come out winning in the end due to the limited supply.
