[Help] What do you guys think of Pasir Ris 8?
Hi everyone, I'm new to property.
I'm living in Pasir Ris and came across this new launch condo https://pasir-ris8.com.sg/ Seems that there's a shopping mall below, is it a good investment? |

I stay in jurong East. It's west... But my brain always confuse it as east cause got a jurong west. I mean i only venture in jurong and boon lay etc. I work in ntu.. So I see or view any condo in this region more valuable... For people who expat work in NUS or ntu. West also got those tech company... I dunno pair ris got wad. So far. Never been Feels like it's a very sandy place cause pasir means sand in malay. Maybe those area good for air steward? Changi Airport people? Dunno. Point is Singapore so small. Every place is also good. Except industrial area. |

In every real estate investment in Singapore (aside from the ultra-luxury properties), any unit within walking distance to a MRT station will be a good one, getting tenants will be a breeze.
